Is there a customer satisfaction guarantee? Our books are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the book for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or refund, if it is returned to us within 30 days of when you placed the order.  

What age group are your books for? We resist grouping our books into age levels because we don’t want reading levels to keep our books away from children who love to read or laugh at the illustrations or simply use the book to write down their random thoughts or stories. We have kindergardeners who love to do the activities with their moms, and reluctant readers who take the books on long car trips to keep their hands and minds busy. Having said that, these books are geared toward ages 8 to 10, but you know your child best.  They are purposefully filled with million-dollar words to encourage your child’s vocabulary.  

Will you offer personalization again for the books? Yes! We are taking a brief break from customizing books while our NEW and BETTER printing company gets our book files set up.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site? Most certainly. Your financial security is our top priority. That’s why we use PayPal, one of the most widely used and secure shopping carts. We never see your bank or credit card information or numbers. And you don’t need a PayPal account to order safely through PayPal.  

How long does it take to receive the book once an order is received? Seven to 10 days.
